Coach Cookie is expanding his Personal Training business. Here is some of what he has to say: "Some of you may be aware that as well as being a soccer coach, I am a certified Personal Trainer and owner of Britfit, a Fitness and Personal Training business which currently runs Boot Camp classes in Ferndale where I live. I have recently started training at a brand new facility in Birmingham called Forest Fitness (in the basement of the building where the Force FC offices used to be). It's a fantastic facility with all the equipment of a gym, yet without the crowd."

In order to get business rolling (so to speak), Cookie is offering a tempting free promotion:
"I will be starting a women only Boot Camp class at Forest Fitness on 4/9 and am looking for some people to help me do a 'dry run' this Wednesday 3/7 at 10.30am. We are looking for up to 20 people to participate in this basic level class which will be set up in a circuit format. Please email me if you are interested and please feel free to invite others you know. For more information on Forest Fitness check out www.fitnessonforest.com"

As a fitness consultant to Cookie this blogger will be over to post about the event -- and we are thinking up a more appealing title than "dry run" for a ladies boot camp -- and Pam will take some pictures.
Please check out the bios on the Fitness Forest website. Coach Cookie stresses "balance" in your conditioning to match your balance in your life. As Vince Lombardi used to say, "God, family, and football!"
And that is not all!
If you can't get enough Cookie on the pitch or in the fitness forest or in fashionable Ferndale set up personal or semi-private training (2-3 people). He is available between 10AM and 2PM, Mon-Fri. He is a great trainer! I am so sore I haven't been able to sit down for a week!!
Cookie really kicks....!!!!!!!!!
